Grounded Collective Membership Terms and Conditions

We try to be pretty human about things here at Grounded Collective. To ensure that it’s fair on you and us, we’ve created some simple terms and conditions for our membership.

1. The Mum Club membership ($39.95 p/week) provides access to 2 Mums and Bub’s sessions (subject to availability) each week and has an initial 8 week term.

2. The Ultimate Mum Club membership ($59.95 p/week) provides full access to all Mums and Bub’s sessions (subject to availability) each week and has an initial 8 week term.

3. Your membership begins on the day you sign up (ie Tuesday) and automatically renews and processes payment on that same day each week.

4. Your membership is personal to you and not transferable, so unfortunately it can’t be shared with others.

5. To cancel your membership at any time please contact us at hello@groundedcollective.com.au. Cancellation requires a minimum of 7 days notice prior to your next weekly renewal date.

6. To pause your membership at any time, please contact us at hello@groundedcollective.com.au. Pause periods can be for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 6 weeks and require 3 days notice prior to your next weekly renewal date. 

7. While we are committed to maintaining these terms, they may be refined to align with evolving circumstances.
