Our Mums and Bub's training is designed for you to move your body, build strength and find your village - with your bub by your side.

 

We also offer women’s and children’s naturopathy consultations, providing holistic support for fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, children’s health and overall family wellbeing.

 

We prioritise community; helping mothers feel supported not just physically, but emotionally and socially throughout their motherhood journey.

Mums and Bubs
Small Group Training

Take 45 minutes for you - to move your body, build your village and feel supported in this season of motherhood, with your little ones by your side.

Our Mums & Bubs sessions are designed for pregnancy and postpartum, focusing on rebuilding strength, supporting the pelvic floor and reconnecting the core in a safe, supportive environment.

Led by Sarah and our team of qualified pre and postnatal coaches, each class is adaptable to your stage and fitness level, and babies and little ones are always welcome. Our sessions provide safe, evidence-based guidance for common challenges including core weakness, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti and the physical demands of motherhood.

And of course, babies and little ones are always welcome. Bring your pram, mat or toys and settle in while you take time to prioritise your own health and wellbeing.

Supporting your motherhood journey

Our naturopathy consultations support women and families through every stage of life — from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and children’s health.

At Grounded Collective, we take a holistic, evidence-informed approach, looking at nutrition, lifestyle, gut health and hormones to understand the root causes of symptoms and create personalised plans for long-term wellbeing.

We provide practical support for concerns including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormonal balance, fatigue, digestive health, infant wellbeing and children’s health, using a combination of nutrition, lifestyle guidance and natural medicine tailored to the realities of motherhood and family life.
