Our Toowoomba small group Mums and Bubs sessions are 45 minutes and programmed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum. We keep our class sizes small to ensure you get the attention you need.

Strength
A full-body session focused on building strength and resilience, with a touch of conditioning to leave you feeling strong, energised and capable in your body.

Core & Stabilise
A slower-paced class designed to rebuild deep core strength, pelvic floor function and postural stability - helping support recovery, alignment and everyday movement in motherhood.

Pilates
A matwork Pilates session tailored for pregnancy and postpartum, focusing on controlled movement, mobility and gentle strength to support the body through every stage of motherhood.

Casual Session – $30

Just want to drop in? Our casual sessions are perfect if you're easing back into movement after having your baby or looking to complement your current fitness routine with something new and supportive - no strings attached.

The Mum Club – $44.95 per week
The Ultimate Mum Club – $69.95 per week

Ideal for mums who want a consistent routine without the pressure.
Includes access to 2 Mums & Bubs sessions per week (subject to availability).
Initial commitment: 8 weeks

For the mum who wants it all!
Enjoy unlimited access to all Mums & Bubs sessions each week (subject to availability), giving you the freedom to train when it suits you.

Common Questions

Can I bring my baby along?

Everything you need to know about joining our Mums & Bubs prenatal and postnatal sessions. 

Absolutely! Our sessions are designed specifically for mums and bubs. We know how tricky it can be to find time for yourself as a new mum (or mum-to-be), so we've created a space where you can move, connect, and recharge - with your baby or even your older kids by your side. No need to organise childcare or a crèche - just bring them along and enjoy some well-deserved time for you.

When can I start exercising again after giving birth?

The general guideline is to wait at least 6 weeks postpartum, but every body and birth story is different. We always recommend getting the all-clear from your GP, physiotherapist, or exercise physiologist before returning to exercise - particularly to check in on your pelvic floor and core readiness. If you have any injuries, birth complications, or concerns, please let us know before your first session so we can support you safely.

Can I train while I’m pregnant?

You sure can - as long as your healthcare provider hasn’t advised otherwise. Staying active during pregnancy can support a smoother labour, healthier weight gain, faster postnatal recovery, and reduced risk of injury. Our sessions are pregnancy-safe and tailored to meet you wherever you're at in your journey.

Where are the sessions held?

Our Mums & Bubs small group personal training sessions take place in a private studio gym in Centenary Heights. Once you book your session, the full address will be sent to you in your confirmation email. If you have any questions about the space, feel free to reach out - we're happy to help!

What does my bub or child do while I exercise?

Whatever works for you! Your little one can be right beside you on a mat, stay comfy in a pram, bouncer or capsule, or play outside on our large grassed outdoor area with the other kids. We’ve got plenty of space for water play, kicking a ball, having a snack picnic, or just hanging out. Feel free to bring along a few of their favourite toys to help keep them entertained.

What if I can't make it to a session?

We get it, mum life is unpredictable! If you need to cancel, just head to the Studio Bookings app and cancel at least 4 hours before the session starts. That way, we can open up your spot for another mum and you will receive your credit back onto your account.

What do I need to bring?

Just bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle - we’ll take care of the rest!
