Mums and Bubs
Small Group Training

Take 45 minutes for you - to move your body, build your village and feel supported in this season of motherhood, with your little ones by your side.

Our Mums & Bubs sessions are designed for pregnancy and postpartum, focusing on rebuilding strength, supporting the pelvic floor and reconnecting the core in a safe, supportive environment.

Led by Sarah and our team of qualified pre and postnatal coaches, each class is adaptable to your stage and fitness level, and babies and little ones are always welcome. Our sessions provide safe, evidence-based guidance for common challenges including core weakness, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti and the physical demands of motherhood.

And of course, babies and little ones are always welcome. Bring your pram, mat or toys and settle in while you take time to prioritise your own health and wellbeing.
